"Support Staff Were Great"
After I bought a bunch of tickets for the IRT Trotting Cup, I noticed I hadn’t listed all the names of the attendees and mistakenly purchased them under my name. The support team member was super helpful in sorting this out for me and quickly updated them to the right family members' names. Communication from The Ticket Fairy was fast, courteous, and really helpful.
